“By God’s grace and mighty power, I have been given the privilege of serving him by spreading this Good News. Though I am the least deserving of all God’s people, he graciously gave me the privilege of telling the Gentiles about the endless treasures available to them in Christ.” Ephesians 3:7-8

With gratitude...

Jesus has shown me His heart for the sweet people of Thailand and Myanmar and I cannot resist the opportunity to show that compassion to them. The Lord has opened doors for me to join a relief & development, non-profit organization on the Thai-Burma border and I am so grateful.

Despite my imperfections, I get to represent Jesus in a land of people where Jesus is not as familiar a character as He is here in the West. I am so excited to see the Lord free these people from the bondage of idolatry and perversion that consumes their society.

For all of you who have been involved in my life for the past few years, I am truly so grateful for you. Your encouragement and support as I have prayed through the Lord's leading in my life, has given me the patience to wait on Him and to trust in His timing.

My hope is that this blog will give you a taste of how sweet His love is for the Thai & Burmese and that that will lead you to worship Christ. I also hope that it will remind you to pray Jesus will captivate the people's hearts!

in Grace,

Ashlee

Two of the women who met the Lord this month. They worked in the bars until an outreach where they found out about the Tamar Center. The light in their eyes is unmistakable.
